Twin brothers Adam and Adrian Vaughan caught the DJ bug when partying with 250,000 other people to Fatboy Slim on Brighton beach in 2002, they bought their first set of turntables, which kicked started the DJing adventure.
The next two decades saw them craft their sound and style and play at various bars and clubs up and down the country, as well as internationally, including Pacha in London, Eden in Ibiza and a residency at the Honey Club in Brighton. The latter of which has seen them warm up for many of the industries biggest starts such as Judge Jules, Danny Howard and the Freemasons to name but a few.
Paul Hilditch
With a passion for music that was ignited over 20 years ago, Paul Hilditch has become a respected name in the Brighton scene. His journey began when his parents gifted him his first set of decks for Christmas, sparking a love affair with DJing that has only grown stronger with time.
Paul’s unique blend of funky, jacking, and tech house has earned him the honor of sharing the lineup with industry legends like Danny Rampling, Jess Bays, Prok & Fitch, Dolly Rockers, Hoxton Whores, Tim Cullen, Steve Mac, Enzo Siffredi & Seamus Haji
Paul’s extensive experience includes past residencies at Brighton’s legendary Tech Noir club night and the iconic Brighton pre-club bar, Suga Qube.
Vas
Vas always wanted to be involved with music and began playing a variety of instruments as a child and then wanted to learn the art of Djing. He started learning on the Citrix Disco belt drive unit and then finally got his first Technics to embrace vinyl and explore various genres of music.
He first got into the UK Garage in its infancy and played in many Brighton’s iconic club scene, playing at legendary venues like The Zap, Ocean Rooms, Honey Club, The Escape, Midnight Blues across the Brighton nightlife . He has performed at renowned events such as Twice as Nice at The Paradox and regularly for local modified car club called Sussexcarz as he has a passion for cars. His career has taken him to numerous UK and European locations, including a standout performance in St. Petersburg, Russia for the Forte Dance Festival. Here, he played alongside legendary DJ’s like Lottie, Jeremy Healy, Leeroy from The Prodigy, and Above & Beyond in front of a massive 50,000-strong crowd. This event garnered attention in publications like DJ Mag and Mixmag, further solidifying his reputation in the house music scene.
Currently, Vas performs regularly at The Freemasons, Forest Row, Bison Beach Bar, Block Bar and others to continue spreading the love for house music.

Originally from the Midlands where I cut my teeth blagging sets with the free party scene in the early 90’s. I lived in Brixton, South London where I have ran my own night, Deep Fried at the legendary Dogstar for 15 years and have been lucky enough to DJ along side the likes of Swayzak, Inland knights, Bent, DiY, Neon Heights. My musical policy has changed with my age and I now play less deep house and more funk, soul, hip-hop, funky breaks and disco LOTS OF DISCO! I’ve had releases on Katakana Edits, Tropical Disco, Spaindisco, Hot Digits, Hot Gorilla, Alpaca Edits, Discoholics Anonymous. I was co-resident with Brightons infamous Soul Casserole crew for 10 years. We have supported the likes of Norman Jay, Craig Charles, Don Letts, Giles Peterson, Crazy P and The Reflex.
Hard Hush began in Brighton under the name of Hush originally, it encompassed a multi dance music genre, including Progressive House, Trance and Techno. After going back to a Tidy Weekender in 2013 and then hosting a unofficial pre party for the last time the Tidy Boys played in Hove, the Hush promoters Tache BK and partner had their passion for Hard House reinvigorated. This has then led to Hard Hush doing a number of Hard House events in Brighton at venues such as Volks, Zahara (Dust) and plenty of other bars/clubs. Hard Hush prides itself on being an all inclusive brand, we don’t care what your background is, where you come from, what you wear, everyone is welcome, we always have a massively welcoming and friendly vibe and always want people to just come and stomp on a dancefloor with us.
